Perpetual Help College of Rizal (PCHR) was founded on Feb 5th 1975 by Dr Gen. Antonio Laperal Tamayo and Dr Daisy Moran Tamayo. Initially, PCHR offered only one degree, Bachelor of Nursing, in which 700 students enrolled.
