WebOf course depending on the mini ITX case I'll choose to buy in the future I have to account for temps, making a little research about the most used mini cases, I concluded that the Cooler Master NR200 is the safest bet for temps so I'm not really concerned about this (I also have a 240mm AIO for the cpu and the NR200 can accomodate for it).
