WebWhy is Suzuki's price points on the Burgman line so incredibly high? e.g. $5k for a Burgman 200 or I could spend a few hundred more for an XMAX 300 or Forza 300, or step up to the Burgman 400 $8.3k, at this point, why not just blow $3k more and get the 650 Executive.

And my 150 would do 58 MPH vs 60-65 MPH 2 up. But if its long distance Interstate I'd say 400cc at least but pefer 500cc+. The motor will handle it ok though. There are lots of scooters out there that are 55-60mph+ capable (most 125cc scooter will not maintain 55mph uphill. There are exceptions, but it's not the norm).
