WebI've tried reinstalling but still, nothing changed. However, when I do open the GHUB app and disable the On-Board Memory Mode, it works perfectly fine (G9 returns as "1" instead of "Num 1"). I had this issue a year or more ago when I bought a headset that only works with G hub and the g300s only worked with LGS.
